How Long Does Treatment Take?

Treatment happens in two general stages. First, the surgeon infuses a watery lidocaine solution under your skin to numb the area. Secondly, the doctor then heats the fat under the skin with the laser for easy removal. The fat is then suctioned out and the laser is used again to tighten the overlaying skin. You would probably be in treatment for an hour or so for just the chest area. Adding additional treatment areas increases the length of treatment time.
